There is a £10/€12 donation to book this course, of which 100% of proceeds will be donated to Focus Ireland.

Bleubird Sessions is a series of events with local independent activity providers to encourage our community to embrace the outdoors in new ways, with like minded people, all whilst giving back to environmental charities of our partners choice. 

Come along and join us at Strandhill beach - Ireland's number one surfing beach, for our partnered surf session with Sligo Surf Experience. It doesn't matter if you are surfing for the very first time or you are an experienced surfer looking to improve your skills, this session is open to everyone!

The session will begin on the beach with one of the highly experienced surf instructors showing you the basics of surf. Then you will be guided into the water to catch some waves and you will always be in safe hands as all of the instructors at Sligo Surf Experience are trained lifeguards. 

What to bring with you:

All equipment will be provided by Sligo Surf Experience but it is up to each participant to bring their own swimwear. 

Charity - Focus Ireland

The funds for this event will all be donated to Focus Ireland, which is a charity set up to tackle homelessness in Ireland.  Focus Ireland is a world class Irish charity set up by Sister Stan in 1985. Homelessness is a national problem, not an individual problem. As a society, we need to care about our homeless. The Irish are one of the most charitable nations on Earth. But we need tackle the problems we have in our own country first before we can help anyone else.

Sligo Surf Experience
