There is a £10 donation to book onto this course, of which 100% of proceeds will be donated to Citizen Sea.
Bleubird Sessions is a series of events with local independent activity providers to encourage our community to embrace the outdoors in new ways, with like minded people, all whilst giving back to environmental charities of our partners choice.
This Bleubird session will take place at Helens Bay on the 13th August and will be run by The Salty Yogi. The evening will begin with a soothing yoga session and will finish with a sunset swim in the scenic waters of Helens Bay.
It doesn't matter if you are trying yoga for the very first time or you've never dipped your toes in the ocean, this session is open to everyone of all abilities.
What to bring with you:
All you need to bring for this session is a yoga mat and swimwear. It is also recommended that you 'layer up' depending on the weather.
Charity - Citizen Sea
Citizen Sea want to inspire local people and visitors to become stewards of our greatest natural resource in order to create healthier seas and coastal communities now and in the future. They hope to create action through education and provide evidence for conservation through engaging people in data collection, recording and practical action.
By bringing people to the sea we will enhance the understanding and engagement of our maritime heritage and culture whilst giving them the tools to care for and protect the wildlife and environment within it.

The Salty Yogi
Salty Yogi sessions were created in 2019 by Judith, with the sole intention of building a 'salty yogi community'. It doesn't matter if you're doing yoga for the very first time or if you've never sea swam, Jude wants everyone to be part of the community!
The Salty Yogi sessions run all year round and whatever the weather, rain or sunshine, the 'Yogi community' still show up.
